The first Spanish-language opera on the Met stage in nearly a century, Daniel Catán’s evocative masterpiece arrives in cinemas, starring Ailyn Pérez in the title role. Mary Zimmerman’s new production brings the Amazon rainforest to life with vivid scenery, costumes, and puppetry, conducted by Music Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin.
