Seasonal Ticket Fulfillment Representative

Position Summary

This position is responsible for accurately mailing all performance tickets in their related ticket envelopes. The ability to work and think clearly under pressure is required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform all mailing job functions required by the daily workflow of the department, i.e., and subscription ticket processing, single sale processing and package insert fulfillment.
  • Assist with the initiation of customer contact to include correspondence that is relevant to ticket processing problems or situations.
  • Work with the Supervisor to verify accuracy when mailing tickets.
  • Participate in continual cross training programs for advances skill development.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to read and comprehend ticket language.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with occasional directions and instructions and to think clearly under pressure.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Ability to handle change.
  • Flexible schedule. Ability to work additional hours and weekends when necessary.
