Joined the MET Orchestra: 1973
After joining the MET Orchestra at the age of 21, E. Scott Brubaker has developed a career as soloist, chamber musician, and recording artist.
Dedicated to enriching the solo horn repertoire, he has commissioned, premiered, and recorded the works of outstanding American composers. Scott has transcribed, published, and recorded others, most notably Brahms’ Clarinet and Cello Sonatas for the Koch International label. Scott is also an avid tennis and poker player.
