Position Summary



The Metropolitan Opera is seeking customer service representatives. As a representative of The Met, you will help Opera-Lovers of all appreciation levels purchase tickets, memberships, Met products and answer their inquiries. We are looking for bright, compassionate, customer-service focused candidates who possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to resolve customer issues in a caring and sincere manner. We offer flexible work schedules around weekdays, evenings and weekends.


Our training class will run for 3 consecutive weeks:


November 11th through 15th Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm

November 18th through 22nd Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm

November 25th through 27th Monday through Wednesday from 10:00am to 6:00pm


Department Hours of Operation

Monday through Saturday, from 10AM to 8PM and Sunday, from Noon to 6PM
